Why Should I Build a Downline?

One of the biggest network marketing problems is to build a downline. If you have a good program, it really shouldn't be that difficult to build a downline, right? From my constant marketing I discovered that it is difficult. Even with a good program one of the hardest things to do is to build a downline.
